Week 35

C finished his first week as a sophomore and is busy with all his school activities. Friday night football, FCA, soccer games, and hanging out with friends. I am trying to keep up with his calendar.
J had his first soccer tournament in Greensboro. They won 2 games and tied one. I just love watching these boys play.

L and I were able to have a Friday night out together. He had a great time celebrating one of his buddies 10th birthday, I had a great time catching up with all the parents off the soccer field. On the way home he told me that this was one of the best parties. He loved that they playied pick-up soccer, roasted marshmallows, made smores, played flash light tag, and just ran around the woods. It was perfect for boys!! The girls were there too and had a painting area set up.
The twins had a morning out with both mommy and daddy. We went for a walk in the neighborhood, made a quick trip into Target, then it was off to Toysrus! This was the first time the twins played with the train table (first time we just let the them run around and not strap them down.) They had so much fun. I loved watching A show her Daddy all the pink princess toys.

I love living in an area where there are so many different college events to attend. This weekend L was able to be a ball boy for the UNC vs UCLA soccer game.
On Sunday night we had two of the soccer buddies spend the night after the tournament. It was great, they were all so tired from all the soccer, then Nike outlet shopping, and going to the UNC game that we did not hear them at all. On Monday morning I found the boys in the playroom with the twins. Notice the twins are not even playing with them, I think these guys were enjoying the race track!
