It has been one of those weeks. A very long week!
M has his bottom and top left molars breaking in. Poor guy, first he had all 4 front top teeth come in at the same time now it is time for the molars. He has become very clingy, won't sleep, and is always in my lap. It has been so hard to get anything done around the house. Even when he is being extra fussy this boy still has his smile. I love how he puts his little hands on our face and gives the biggest smiles, it is as if he is saying he is sorry for keeping us up all night (at least that is what I keep telling myself)!
Then my sweet girl. Oh A, she has discovered the scream! We are working on her speech but she is really into communicating what she does not want to do with the scream. On Sunday we went to L's soccer game, our first mistake was taking them out of the stroller--bad idea!! They loved having the open field next to L to run around on but then they wanted to run on the same field as L. We tried every distraction- food, juice, toys, big brothers, walks, nothing!! Anytime we turned A or picked her up she screamed. I had the big brothers take her to the car, she screamed. As soon as she was back home she was happy. The end of the meltdown and the scream.
Thankfully two of the boys are on break-YAY!! I love having the boys home to spoil. They have been to a railhawks games, pumpkin patch, friends over, bonfire, and a little bit of pool. Last night after soccer we had a family ping pong tournament. No running in to finish homework or take showers, it was nice to stop and breathe! Now it is time to work on my ping pong game, can't let J beat me again :)
I wish my C had a break from high school right now, he could really use it. A few weeks ago I said we made it through the 3rd week of school, we are still barely making it! The homework is incredible. At least 3-4 hours a night. We only have 2 more weeks of school soccer then he will get a couple of weeks off before classic soccer begins.
We are all looking forward to the weekend--3 soccer games, my sisters b-day, a girls night out, a couple of soccer practices, and hopefully a nice long nap!!!
This picture just made me laugh, A was crying, she did not want to stop for a picture--M was more interested in talking to C but all 3 big boys knew just to keep looking forward and smile!!
