Our day

Our daily life with 7, it may be busy but we love it. Each day is different, some days the twins have tumble gym or my parents will be over for a visit. Some nights I actually have one of the boys home with me because they have the night off from soccer. Some days we have carpools with our amazing friends so we won't have to drag the twins out(yay)!

We are so thankful for the sweet moments that happen everyday- Eric walks the boys down to the bus stop every morning, L and I race home every afternoon, the boys still like for us to come in their rooms at night to talk about their day and share about what they learned in their daily devotions.....our busy day, it is not always perfect or easy but we would not have any other way......

5:30- Time to start the day. (Coffee and some quiet time before the other 6 wake up)

5:45- Wake C up and get him out the door for the bus by 6:20 (can't you tell he is thrilled I am making him take a picture while waiting for the bus:)

6:30- Wake J and L up to get out the door by 7:20

Twins up, breakfast, and lots of hugs and kisses as they say goodbye to their brothers.

St Patrick's Day

This post is a little late....this is the twins last year and this year on St Patrick's Day.

Week 12

This week it was all about the stomach bug-YUCK!! The bug had taken A down last week, I had not been feeling great but never got the stomach bug just a little worn out with a fever so I thought we made it but then 3 went down at once. Poor M, L, and C all had it on the same day. The following day Eric was hit with it. J held out for 3 more days then he came down with it too. Ugh, what a week :( My washer has been going non-stop, Disney has been on non-stop, and my coffee maker is always on ready to go!

Change of plans....Before the awful bug hit I had our weekend planned out perfectly--

*C was heading off for a beach retreat with his high school FCA.  Instead he spent 2 days in bed then pulled himself together for a rainy soccer game in Wilson on Sunday night and another rainy soccer game in Durham on Tues night.

*J had a game in Wilmington. Eric was taking him and they had planned to have some beach time after the game. An hour before they were leaving Eric got sick so off I went with J.  Normally I am so busy entertaining the twins I miss half the game, this time I was able to take pictures and relax. Not bad :)

*L spent the weekend recovering from his bug. He had a game on Sunday against some of his soccer buddies. It was a tough loss and L did not seem like himself on the field. I figured he was still tired from getting sick but as soon as we got home the stomach bug hit again :( He spent the rest of his weekend getting sick and missed another day of school.

*My sweet M, he was doing better on Saturday when I left to take J to Wilmington. I was gone for 7 1/2 hours and he did not get sick once. An hour after I came home he decided he would get sick again. It was so sweet he waited until I came home so his daddy did not have to deal with it!

*This girl has been so full of energy! She was so excited when I brought her home a new swimsuit! Now we just need some warm weather.

*I am so excited my sister is expecting! I love being an Aunt and can not wait to spoil my future niece/nephew.
