Celebrating C!

This month we loved celebrating C. We had his surprise family party at the beach, then a small celebration on his birthday (Olive Garden and ice cream cake), and last we had our family get together with his grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins on Easter. Can you tell we love birthday celebrations!

All of the siblings wore red and black for C's favorite soccer team!

Week 16

These two went back to school today :( Not sure who is more disappointed that their break is over the twins, the boys, or me! I loved having them home for the past 3 1/2 weeks, only 9 more weeks until the next track out!

Because the twins are my early risers every morning they get to say good bye to C before he heads off to high school. It is so sweet to watch them love on him and give him kisses. What a great way to start the day.

Yesterday we had a play date at the park. I brought the big boys (and one of their friends) to help with the twins so I could actually have some time to talk. After the park I treated the boys to some Sweet CeCe's for all their help!

My sister is up for a visit from Florida. On Friday the kids and I went over to my parents house to visit her and have some play time with their cousins. L also brought over some yummy Krispy Kreme donuts! He owed my dad a donut after Kentucky beat Wisconsin in the final four! He should have learned his lesson not to go against my dad and his Kentucky team. :)

How beautiful are my two nieces, we missed having them over for Easter!

Easter 2014

Happy Easter! It is a tradition in our family that we have Easter lunch at our house. My parents, sisters, and their families all come over after church. This year I sat up three tables--1. for the little ones, 2. for the big boys 3. for the adults.  After lunch we head out to do our Easter egg hunt. It was so much fun this year to watch all the cousins run around collecting eggs. M picked up one, opened it and he was finished. He spent the rest of the time running around the yard, this boy is so happy just to be outside! A and her cousins did a great job picking up the rest of the eggs.  All my big boys helped out their cousins, it was so sweet to watch them.
