4th of July Parade

4th July in Boone, NC. This was the perfect small town parade! The people were so friendly. The stores were handing out goodies while we waited for the parade to begin.

Matthew was in heaven with the fire station. The firemen were great, they even let him up in their truck.

 We ended up picking a spot right at the beginning of the parade--YAY! The kids loved everything about the parade.

After the parade we walked over to the community building for cake and watermelon on the lawn. How sweet is that.
