Snow Storm

Yesterday we were hit with our second snow storm in a couple of weeks. Thankfully we were home and prepared but others were not so lucky. The snow started to fall fast and the roads became horrendous to drive. My BIL left his work when the snow started, what normally takes 20 minutes turned into 3 1/2 stressful hours. What an answer to prayer his car made it home after almost running out of gas and dealing with the road conditions.

*As soon as the snow started falling at the house the boys headed out back to play some soccer in the snow.

It was coming down too fast to take the twins out so we settled for bringing in a bowl of snow for them to play with. A still did not like it, M however had a blast throwing it all over the kitchen floor.

We are spending a lot of family time playing cards, reading books, working out, doing crafts and just having fun...Day 1 down!
